Withdrawals on gybet5 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered on the user's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. No withdrawal fees are charged by the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer in the following cases: first withdrawal request from the account (subject to identity verification), withdrawals exceeding limits that require manual review, or when the account is under a security review.
To protect users and meet regulatory obligations, the gybet5 may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the Pix key. Verification is a one-time process and, once approved, will no longer hold up future withdrawals.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. For balance derived from a bonus to become eligible for withdrawal, the rollover requirements specific to each promotion must be met, as described in the Bonuses & Promotions section of these terms and on each offer's individual page on the platform.
Attention: Withdrawals may only be made to bank accounts and Pix keys registered in the name of the gybet5 account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the gybet5 and displayed in the user's bet history with the status "Confirmed". Bets not confirmed due to technical or connection failures are not considered placed.
The gybet5 reserves the right to cancel bets placed with clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical, input, or system error. In such cases, the full amount wagered is returned to the user's balance. The determination of whether an odd constitutes a manifest error is solely at gybet5's discretion.
Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. The gybet5 is not responsible for discrepancies between what the user sees in the stream and the actual state of the game at the time the bet is placed. All live bets are processed based on the information available in the platform's trading system at the time of confirmation.
Accumulator bets (combined or parlay bets) group two or more events into a single wager, with the odds multiplied together. All selections in the accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. The minimum stake per selection in accumulator bets is R$ 1.00.
If an event covered by the gybet5 is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or terminated before regulation time without an official result, all bets are cancelled and stakes fully refunded — except where the outcome had already been determined before the interruption, in accordance with the specific rules of each sport.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, the gybet5 may withhold balances while conducting an internal investigation. If a violation is confirmed, those balances may be cancelled. In closures where no violation has occurred, the available real-money balance is returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after verification procedures are completed.
